Michael was predeceased by his mom Cora Dustyhorn; dad Robert James Redwood; daughter Taneil; brother Robert Dean Redwood and sister Wanda Redwood.
He is survived by his brothers: Richard, William, Cory, Billy Jack and John; sisters: Carla, Dlmyra, Roberta, Jayshree and Annika and numerous nieces and nephews.
The wake was held in Cowessess Band Hall, Cowessess First Nation on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. The funeral service was held in the Cowessess Band Hall on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Elders officiating. The eulogy was given by Eddie Aisaican. The interment followed in the Cowessess Cemetery. A meal followed the interment in the Cowessess Band Hall.
Pallbearers were: Pat and Quinn and his surviving brothers: Richard, William, Cory, Billy Jack and John.
