Phil was predeceased by the love of his life Dorothy Sparvier, parents Robert and Bertha Lowe and sisters and brothers-in-law Georgina (Bill) Lambert and Marian (Sid) Taylor.
He is survived by his nieces and nephews and Dorothy’s children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Phil was born in Whitewood on December 11, 1934. He spent some of his younger adult years in Alberta and then eventually moved back to Saskatchewan where he spent most of his life farming south of Broadview. When it was too much to take care of the farm on his own, he moved to Broadview where he spent his last years.
Phil never wanted anyone fussing over him so at his choosing, there will be no service. The youngest of Dorothy’s children, Rebecca will keep his ashes alongside her dog Patches where they will continue to be a family.
