Ray will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter Becky Mills; son David Mills; grandchildren: Myriah and Jadyn; great grandchild Ivy; mother Bernice Mills; sisters Rhonda Mitchell and Deb Mills; brother Gary Mills and also by his nieces.
Ray was predeceased by his wife Karen Mills; father Ernie Mills; mother-in-law Joan Smith and father-in-law Robert Smith.
A public graveside service will be held in the Regina Memorial Gardens, Regina, SK on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Please meet at the main cemetery gates prior to the service. Covid 19 guidelines will be adhered to.
