Robert Rowland Lazell

On Tuesday, April 29, 2003, Robert Rowland (Bob) Lazell of Broadview, Saskatchewan, Canada, died in St. Anthony's Hospital, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada, at the age of 85 years. The funeral service was held in the Grace Lutheran Church, Broadview, Saskatchewan, Canada on Saturday, May 3, 2003, at 2:00 p.m. Officiant Rev. Smitty Kent. Interment was in the Broadview Cemetery. Robert was predeceased by his wife Dorothy, his parents James and Mary (nee Wheatly) Lazell, brothers Jim, George and Bill Lazell and sister Mary Friday. He is survived by his son Ken (Penny) Lazell, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, his three grandchildren: Sean Lazell, North Bay, Ontario, Canada, Kimberley Lazell (Mike McMillan), and Shannon Lazell, both of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Sister Norah Powell, brother in law Roy Briggs, Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Canada, and sister in law Ila Carson, Beechy, Saskatchewan, Canada and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends so wishing were asked to make contributions to the Heart & Stroke Fondation of Saskatchewan, 2360, 2nd Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, S4P 9Z9 or to a charity of choice as tokens of remembrance.
