Sophia Michelle Tanner

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Sophia Michelle Tanner, born November 11, 2012 in Regina, Saskatchewan. Creator called our beautiful angel home on March 12, 2022 at the tender age of 9 years old.

Sophia was predeceased by her Great Mushum Albert (Boyee) Isaac Sr; Mushum Albert Isaac Jr; Great Grandpa Thomas (Tiger) Delorme; Great Grandpa Alexander (Sedo) Tanner; Great Grandmother Harriet Jane Tanner; Uncle Kelsey Kraig Tanner and Aunty Naomi Rose Isaac.

Sophia will be dearly missed by her parents Michelle Delorme and Avery Tanner; her siblings: Tiara, Sienna and Kashis Tanner; her aunties: Martina (Les), Shayna (Chase) and Chelsea (Chris); her uncles Trey (KC), Kellen (Tara) and Terry. Also left to cherish her memory is her Grandma Eunice Tanner and Kokum Holly Delorme; Great-Grandmas; Alma (Cook) Delorme and Evelyn Isaac. Sophia will be dearly missed by her cousins: Aiden, Divine, Emily, Kellen Jr., Kiersa, Kraylin, Dreyzen, Ezrith, Ezalyn, Taylor, Rayne, Willow, Keslee, Jace and Presley; her special friends: Harmony, Lexi, Lily, Azalea and Meleyia.

Sophia lived her life to the fullest in the short time she was here with us. She especially enjoyed swimming, playing games on the PS4 with her friends, TikTok, YouTube, LOL toys, her cat Me-Me and razzing her siblings. Sophia will be remembered for her beauty, her kindness towards her classmates, her humour and her colorful language. She will be greatly missed by all those that had the privilege of knowing her. It brings us great comfort knowing she is with her Mushum Albert Isaac Jr. We will cherish the many precious memories we have of her.

Wake service was held in the Cowessess Community Educational Centre on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Funeral commenced on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Elders officiating. Interment in Cowessess Cemetery.

The family requestede that no children attend the Wake or Funeral Service. Covid-19 rules will be in effect and masks are required.
