Tristan left to the spirit world surrounded by his loved ones at 8:00 a.m. July 29, 2011. Tristan is predeceased by his great grandfather Felix; grandfather Noel Crowe; aunts Lorna, Dorothy; cousins, Anthony, Nathan, Joey and Jeremy. He is survived by: Kokum Emma. dad Douglas (Dorie); mother Adeline (Scotty); sister Sigourney and niece Noella; brothers Timothy (Robin); nephew Rylan, Douglas Jr. and Brendan; partner Christine; mother of his beloved children Janice Hunter; the loves of his life his children: Desiree, Kendrick, Joshua, Jacob, Justin, Tristina and Tamia; uncle Gilbert (Lynn) Lloyd; aunts Doris, Tara (Chuck), Shawna (Lloyd) Patti; special cousins Elvis (Vanessa), Gil Jr. (Rita), Adrian (Tahnee), Jason (Danielle), Sheldon (Dawn); Kim (Randall), Kip (Jorie), Darren (Ember); Darnell and numerous extended family, including the Southwind family. Tristan grew up on Sakimay First Nation with his dad, sister, brothers and Kokum Emma. Tristan was a unique, humble and very loving man. He went to Grenfell High School and had many school friends. He loved playing basketball and grew up to become a successfull hard working man that provided for his children. He was known to be there for his children, sister and brothers, always giving support and advice. The wake will be held in the Sakimay Community Complex, Sakimay First Nation on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 commencing at 4:00 p.m. A traditional feast will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 12:00 noon with the funeral commencing at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Brig Judy officiating. Interment in Sakimay Cemetery.
