Walter passed away peacefully in his home with his wife Louise by his side. Walter was born at home in Adjala Township, Alliston, Ontario, on June 17, 1935, he was in his 84th year. Walter farmed in Adjala Township for 50 years, he married Louise in 1970 and have been together for 48 years. They had two loving children, Kathleen and Scott. He was an active member in the Ontario Federation of Farmers, and the South Simcoe Pork Producers. After the sale of the farm in 2003 in Ontario, we fulfilled our dream to move to the prairies, and took residence in Wolseley, Saskatchewan. Walter loved restoring his antique tractors, traveling, music and getting together with family and playing the fiddle! Walter fought cancer for almost 20 years, and he put up a great battle.
