Passed away on December 10, 2012. David is survived by his Wife, Anita Louise Dick; Son, Michael David (Linda) Dick; Daughter, Elizabeth Anne Dick; Sister, Abbie Dick; Nieces, Rachel & Mari. He is preceded in death by his Parents, David & Julia Dick. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012 at 5:00 PM at Woodbury Peaceful Grove United Methodist Church, 8600 90th Street South, Cottage Grove, MN. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior.
