Passed away on September 5, 2017 at the age of 82.
He will be deeply missed by his wife of nearly sixty years, Carole (Ehret) Heinbuch; his children, Carla (Craig) Schilder, Laura (Kyle) Krause, Linda Schuck, and John (Jill) Heinbuch; his grandchildren, Cheryl (Steven) Read; Sarah (Patrick) Barrett; Peter, Luke, and Maria Schilder; Parker, Sydney, and Riley Krause; Jordan, Alyssa (John Micko), Linnea, Morgan, and Wesley Schuck; and Emily and Jacob Heinbuch; his great-grandson, Everett Read; and his dear friends, Jean and David Olson, and Ronald Tipcke.
Gerald was preceded in death by his eldest son, Jeffrey Heinbuch, and son-in-law, Timothy Schuck.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Prelude of Woodbury and Ecumen Hospice for their kindness and compassionate care.
A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, September 15th at 11:00 am with a visitation one hour prior at Woodbury United Methodist Church, 7465 Steepleview Rd., Woodbury. Interment Woodbury United Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
