Hello Nippy, Davey, and Maryann... I am so sorry that I was not able to come to your mom's funeral. And I feel a lot of sadness about the passing of time and missing connecting with you all over so many years. I am remembering the last time we all gathered up in Duluth and how nice it was to be together. Please accept my condolences - and I hope that my mom and brother passed along my greetings to you last week. I loved looking at the photos. I do have clear memories of your mom's sweetness and the times we spent at your house on holidays. But I sure do wish that I had seen her dance... I never did... Lots of love to all of you. So Sad to hear of her passing~ i remember her well, teaching many a class. Sad I could not get to the gathering with many  I know in here and our past. My heart goes out to the family and those close. We lost our Mother, Mitzi in may of 2012 and there were a few faces from the Andahazy Ballet including Jane.. , and Marius I was thankful to see again and spend time with them. My Condolences.

My dear dear friend Maryann, As tears come to my eyes, I selfishly look at beautiful Janet and think now I can talk to her directly and she will hear and advise me. She is and always has been such an inspiration to me. I so wish I could be present to honor her with you on Wednesday but will be there in spirit.  I know she is looking down on you and your girls with such love and pride.  I send my thoughts and prayers with such gratefulness for having worked with her.   All my love and wishes of comfort to you and yours.

I'm so sad to hear this news, David. Your mother was one of the most lovely, gracious and graceful women I had the the privilege of meeting. Janet was the most amazing person I ever had the honour to meet and work with. She was an inspiration and the most gentle soul that anyone could meet. A beautiful smile, amazing patience, and someone who always had the time to listen and give advise to anybody who was troubled. Janet and I had fun and always laughter to share. I met Janet in 1971, and fell in love that year. I have not seen her for many years, but will always remember her for the amazing person she was, and the happiness and love she magically shared with everyone she met. What a loss! Janet's family was her most precious possession and  I'm honored to be her daughter in law and know her love will always be with us all

Janet inspired and nurtured me throughout my youth as a dancer. She was beautiful and kind. Her eyes twinkled, her laughter was joyful and she floated when she danced. I am grateful for her presence in my life. Best wishes to her loving family.
