Passed away Wed., Sept. 3, 2014. He was a lifelong fighter and an avid Hawkeyes fan. Survived by wife of 26 years, Susan; daughter, Ashley; son, Stuart Carter II; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. and Funeral Service Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Visitation 10-11 a.m. all at Easter Lutheran Church, 4200 Pilot Knob Rd, Eagan, MN 55122. Inurnment at a later date at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the American Diabetes Association.
