Born in Saint Paul, Minnesota on December 8, 1959 to Roger and Phyllis White. Vicki was preceded in death by her brother, Scott; brother-in-law, Matt Blair. Vicki will be deeply missed by her husband, Richard; sons, Steve (Sarah) Pinotti and Matt (Pua) Pinotti; granddaughter, Adrianna Pinotti; siblings, Debbie (Paul) Farrell, Ron (Mary) White, Marybeth Blair, Jon (Bambi) White, Amy White and Jeff (Heather) White; aunt, Patti (Don) Garofalo; and many nieces and nephews.
Evening visitation will take place on Monday, February 13, 2023 from 5pm-7pm at Wulff Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury. Mass of Christian Burial at 11am on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 4125 Woodbury Dr., Woodbury, with visitation one hour prior to mass. Burial at Union Cemetery, Maplewood.
