Carolina Rivas was born in Visalia, California on August 17, 1971. She was raised by her parents Ysidro & Maria Rivas in Woodlake, California. Carolina is a 1990 graduate of Woodlake High School. She attended the College Of The Sequoias, where she received her A.A. degree in Early Childhood Education. Carolina also attended California State University of Fresno. She worked at California Bio Works as a Lab Technician for 17 years. Carolina enjoyed barbequing, spending time with her family and friends and going to casinos in her spare time. Carolina had an infectious smile and known to have a big heart and always helping someone out, who was in need. She was dedicated to her friends and family.
Carolina is preceded in death by her parents Ysidro & Maria Rivas, her Grandparents Benito & Pascuala Vaca, Octaviano & Francisca Rivas.
Carolina is survived by her brothers, Albert, Jose and her sister Christina, her nephew Steven Rivas, Nieces Laura Rivas and Alexis Baltodano, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held at the Miller Memorial Chapel 134 Cypress Street Woodlake, California on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 4pm-8pm with Rosary at 6pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9am on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church 198 N. Pepper Street Woodlake, California followed by Interment at Woodlake District Cemetery.
