Benigno Fernandez 67, of Jackson Heights, New York entered into eternal rest on October 8, 2012. He was born in Spain on November 12, 1944 to Francisco Fernandez and Josefina Vasquez. Benigno is survived by his wife Angelita Fernandez, his children Angelita Delgado, Milagros Fernandez and Francisco, his siblings Julio Fernandez, Francisco Fernandez and Maria Fernandez, and his grandchild Vince Delgado. Visitation will be held on Wednesday October 10, 2012 from 2-5:00pm & 7-9:00pm. On Thursday October 11, 2012 the family will be leaving the funeral home at 11:00am, then proceeding to the Saint Michael's Cemetery located in East Elmhurst, New York.
In Lieu of Mass Cards the family requests that donations be made in honor of Benigno Fernandez to The LUSTGARTEN Foundation to cure Pancreatic Cancer. 100% of all donations go directly to research for this cancer.
