Daniel W. Sgroi 86 of Astoria, New York entered into eternal rest on February 26, 2013. He was born on October 8, 1926 in Long Island City, New York to Joseph Sgroi and Raffaela Schiro. Daniel worked as an Electrician for many years. He will be missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday February 28, 2013 from 2-5:00pm & 7-9:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday March 1, 2013 10:30am at Most Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery located in Woodside, New York.
