Hey Dad, it's only been around a week since your passing and each day I miss you more and more. I know I'll see you again one day. I have no doubts about that. I remember the night we stayed up all night doing karate in the kitchen. You taught me so many moves and looked so proud once I learned them. I use to love when we would wrestle because each time, you'd beat me with a brand new move and then patiently teach me how to do it. You would always let me think I had the one up on you, then ''BAM!'' out came a new move from your bag of tricks...We had alot of good nights together that I'll never forget. Remember the times, I'd come over and we'd work out together trying to improve my max bench? You saw me sruggling with 135 to the mid 200's. I always felt proud in those moments,to show you how strong I had become..I wanted to be just as strong as my Dad was...even since I was a little kid. You always made me feel stronger than I was, because I knew you always had my back. It makes me laugh to this day, the time you picked me up a gyro and yourself Chinese food. You pulled up in front of the house, eating a gyro, laughing, while I made a face. I really had thought you were eating my food. Haha.. But you laughed and said it wasn't mine you were eating but they smelt so good, you had to get one too. It's amazing all the little and big happy memories I can recall. I could write for days. I hope I've made you proud as a son, and please watch over and give me the strength to always be at my best. I love you dad...

"Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetime, is certain for those who are friends." I can remember clearly the very first time i saw you. You had on the corvette jacket and the sunglasses, I also remember the mammoth you had on a leash that we call Fuji. I remember when i was so nervous to even come near you, but when i did actually get to speak to you i told you how nervous i really was and you let out a laugh, I felt so happy at that moment. i also remember mammoth #2 Bruno. First time i saw him he barked at me and my first instinct was to turn around and run as fast as i can, haha...Good times. So so so many morals and principles i follow now because of you and  i don't regret any moment I've had with you. You were more than just my girlfriends father. You were MY father. You have done things for me in  a span of 3 years that i have not even imagined of experiencing ever in my 17 years of living. I just want to say. Thank You so much for everything. I know i haven't told you this very much but. I Love You Dan, You were the father I have always wanted. See You on the other side Dan. I'll have plenty of stories to tell!

I think I remember the first time I saw you, you had on all white and your sun glasses; I thought to myself "wow this guy looks cool who is this" never did I think I would spend a great deal of my life in your presence and guidance. I may not have your blood but you will always be my father and I will always be your son, you helped us be a family and in addition to that you added to my family... OUR family, not only with you, but you gave us Danny, your son, our brother and you gave us meagan. From the outside looking in you was as tough as they come, a MAN who was forged of steel and diamond, you was rough around the edges sometimes but you was a man who protected his family. You was always fair in your decisions and as tough as you was, underneath that you had a heart of the softest composite... it was amazing. You also had a big kid side, which is a rare trait for a man of your
stature, it revealed to us you had great compassion and empathy.

Hey dan... where to start... They say you never truly know what you have until its gone and that couldnt be more true. You were a great man.. a true friend and an amazing dad to me and all who were lucky enough to be apart of your life. Gone but.not forgotten you will always be in my heart and my mind I love you forever Rest in paradise with your cars your dogs and your loved ones, ill see you on the other side dad.

You given me so many experiences I would never have had otherwise.  You showed me what it was to have a father and to be a father.  And most of all you took me and my siblings into your heart and your family.

Some children want toys, some children want money....when I was a child all I wanted was a father, and at eight years old that's exactly what I received, I don't think you understood the impact you had on my life, I'll never forget the last conversation we had over the phone and how proud you were of my transition from a troubled young kid to a responsible man, little did you know, that happened because I started to apply everything you've taught me about being a man, I'll miss you.

It's really hard to say goodbye to someone you love, its honestly impossible. I'm trying not think about it as a goodbye but rather a, "ill see you later. It's the only I'll be able to keep myself together. I can never say this enough to you, but thank you, so much for everything. Every smile, every laugh, every argument, EVERYTHING. I can go on and on about how much you have taught me in life because you truly have taught me so much. You were a one of a kind man, I think everyone knew that. I can never get The Proclaimers, 500 miles, out of my head because of you. I will forever listen to that song and think of you. I can still picture you till  this day driving down Astoria Park blasting  this song over and over again. I bet your still doing it now. You will always have a special place in my heart. I miss you so much, love you even more and I'll see you later.

Dan. Although we were always separated by distance you were close in my heart. Our talks always left me smiling and proud to have you as my brother. I regret we didn't get to spend more time together, but I know one day we will have eternity to share with all those we love. I love you brother.

It takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, and a day to love them, but it takes an entire lifetime to forget them.  You were taken from all of us too soon.  I will miss you always.

I'm so happy you didn't just raise me as your daughter, but as your best friend. You were an expert on giving advice when it was needed, and I always needed it. The memories with you will never fade. I remember being younger in the pool with everyone else during summer time and you'd always dunk me, I was a little girl at the time but it's amazing how those memories stick with me. I remember the time you ever took me out to eat, and we went to the Chinese food restaurant and you told me to get whatever I want and we just sat there talking and I enjoyed ever moment of it. I also remember when I'd make werewolf noises and you'd always laugh at them and love it.

My father..Every time we walked into a room together, please always knew we were father and son. That always made me proud. Ever since I was a little boy, I idolized you with bodybuilding and karate. Here I am, at 28, still doing that. I've never had a better friend that I could turn to, then you. I'll never forget the good times we had...like how you bought my first car as an 84 Corvette, which made Mom furious. Haha..You were my father, my best friend, my fellow partner in crime. You may be gone but you'll never be forgotten. Love your son.
