Eugene Hanowsky of Astoria, New York entered into eternal rest on October 14, 2013. He was born on March , 1927 in the Ukraine to Stepan Hanowsky and Maria Bahriy. Eugene will be missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday October 17, 2013 from 5:00pm-9:00pm. A funeral service will take place n Friday October 18, 2013 10:00am at Holy Cross Ukrainian Church. Interment to follow at Holy Spirit Cemetery located in Campbell Hall, New York.
