Mrs. Joan Plante entered into eternal rest on September 4, 2019 at Elmhurst Hospital Center, Elmhurst, New York, she was 87. Joan was born on October 9, 1931 in New York, New York to Edward and Mary Maxner. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Plante. Loving mother of Debra Cunningham and her husband Joseph, Diane Fitzgerald and her husband Edward, Michael Plante and his wife April, the late Donna Dennis and her husband George, Stephen Plante and his wife Rosa, Doreen Plante, Darlene Philbin and her husband James and Dina Plante. Devoted Grandma of 18 and Great Grandma of 6. Cherished sister of the late Helen, the late Edward, the late William, Ruth Kubinak, Catherine Finnigan, Marie Morris and the late Sally. May she rest in peace.
