Im shucked  and heart broken finding out just last week your gd friend of so many years left this world. Juan was the most beautiful and kindest man I ever met ,than I was a single Mom with a baby boy and he help me to be strong and make it in America and help me as much as he could  .  Few months later I met my husband, so he had the privilege to meet  Juan . Juan  was so funny and unpredictable in many ways . He was a generosos and given soul . He loved his family . God be with you Juan !   Juan loved his son , wife and step daughter very much , may be  one day they will be able to reach me so , I can tell them about Juan on his earlier 20th  . I knew Juan for many years as a friend and colleague. His gift was his sincere dedication and wonderful personality which I was privileged to observe on many occasions in and out of the courthouse. I am in shock and can only express my sincerest sympathies to his family - I know that G-d will bless him and watch over him as he rests in peace - this for a fine man who will be missed.

Mr. San Pedro referred and collaborated with us on many cases for more than 15 years.  In that time was always kind and respectful to our staff and to our clients. 

We are saddened by his passing and we want to express our most sincere sympathies to you his family and friends during this difficult time.

I knew Juan from practicing criminal law at 100 Centre Street for many years. He was a fine, thoughtful attorney and decent person with a sly sense of humor. I also was able to go out socially with him on several occasions and found his company most enjoyable. His death is another depressing example of a life ending too soon. My condolences go out to his family and friends.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the death of my friend and former law partner, Juan.  We met in the Bronx DA's Office in the late 1980's, when we were both young Assistants.  In the early 1990's, we formed a firm with Mark Jankowitz  as our third partner.
I don't have the space here to recount all of our adventures, but Juan, Mark and I accomplished something not every lawyer can say - we had fun working together.  Juan had a wonderful sense of humor, and could see the absurd side of the self-deceptions many of our clients practiced upon themselves.  He was always a calm and reassuring presence, and quick to size up a situation.
I believe Juan to be a great influence on my life and law practice.  I will miss him, and I will honor him and his memory for the rest of my life.
