Lois Anne Fusco (Hartley), aged 67, passed away on Sunday, May 18th in the early morning at home - the way she would have wanted. She is survived by her three beloved children, Danielle McCormack, Anthony Fusco, and Lauren Yacopino, their spouses who she deeply loved, Joe McCormack, Bonnie Fusco, and Tim Yacopino, and the two grandsons who were, in her words, “the loves of my life,” Ian McCormack and Nicolas Fusco. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Little Girl, who provided endless cuddles and always found a way to be right under Lois’ feet.
Lois worked hard to be able to give her children the best life possible, and she often spoke about being so proud of the people they’ve become. Her devotion to them and their children was admired and will not be forgotten. Being a Nanny was one of her biggest highlights in each day and she showered her grandchildren with all her love. She joyfully filled these recent years of retirement with train tracks, little people, legos, and the best hugs and kisses.
It is with great sadness and pain that we announce the passing of Lois. But know that she is not alone. We know her parents and brothers were there waiting to help her navigate through her next steps into the afterlife.
