Lucille Miglin of Astoria, New York entered into eternal rest on November 29, 2013. Lucille was born on March 1, 1928 in New York to Clarence Miglin and Estelle Palec. Lucille Miglin worked for James Talecott Factors as a bookkeeper until her retirement. She was very active with groups in the city. For many years she worked with seniors in Brighton Beach. She was always willing to help people. She loved to travel. She was very fond of Cape Cod and Ocean Grove . She was an avid reader and she loved to write. She had a fondness of nature and would drive upstate to see the leaves change colors in the fall. Some of her hobbies included visiting flea markets, art galleries and shopping in the village. She took pride in the way she dressed and was very particular with her clothes. When she walked in a place she lit up the room. She was very down to earth and very funny. She made everyone laugh that she encountered. Her love and light will be missed.
