Nina Zahnijnyj of Astoria, New York entered into eternal rest on April 5, 2014. Nina was born on January 1, 1939 in the Ukraine to Wasyl Nihowa and Barbara Skobenko. Nina will be missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday April 7, 2014 from 2-5:00pm and 7-9:00pm. A funeral mass will take place on Wednesday April 9, 2014 9:30am at Holy Cross Ukrainian Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Saint Andrew Ukrainian Cemetery located in South Bound Brook, New Jersey. Arrangements under the direction of Thomas M. Quinn & Sons, Astoria, NY.
