Olivo Kokot entered into eternal rest on December 27, 2013 in Astoria, New York. He was born in Croatia to Mateo and Dominica (Skopac) Kokot on April 4, 1922. Olivo was a long shoreman during his working years. He will be greatly missed and forever cherished by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2013 from 2:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Monday, December 30, 2013 at Most Precious Blood Church at 10:30 AM. The entombment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery.
