I was remembering with friends the great experience i had when i met you and your family as i went to train in benihana in anchorage, traveling from Perú and meeting so many friends from all over the states, as you all recived us in you house. I will never forget you, with all the love in my heart, the time you all spend with us, and the truly friend you show to be to everyone you met. I STILL TALK WITH MY DAUGHTERS I USED TO KNOW AN OLÍMPIC ICE CARVER AND AN INCREÍBLE HUMAN BEING. R. I. P., my friend. 

Takeo I am sad to hear you are gone. Definitely not forgotten. Amazing to work for. Truely a great man. My prayers are with you and your family. They were fortunate to have you.

You were such an inspiration and true master.  I am honored to have worked with you and witness first hand your incredible talent!  Peace to you and your family
