Thomas Erklavec was born on September 26, 1952 to Henry Erklavec and Margaret Ahearn. He was a mail room supervisor at St. Vincent's Hospital. He was from New York City. He passed away on March 8, 2017. He is survived by his two daughters Lori and Valerie, his brother Stephen and his sister Annie.
The visitation is Friday March 10, 2017 from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. The internment is Saturday March 11, 2017 at All Souls Crematory.
He will be missed by all his family and friends.
