

Born on April 26, 1941, in Peoria, Illinois, to Charles Jr. and Mildred Foulks, Charlie lived a full and vibrant life marked by devotion to family, a love for the outdoors, and a passion for cars and music.
Charlie was a dedicated husband, father, and the proud patriarch of the Foulks family. His infectious positivity and warm spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Whether camping, fishing, restoring a car, or simply enjoying good music, Charlie embraced each day with joy and gratitude. To know him was to be inspired by his enduring optimism and generous heart.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kay June Foulks (née Nash); his parents, Charles Jr. and Mildred Foulks; and his son, Charles Foulks IV.
Charlie is survived by his loving daughters, Cindy Bouchez (Joe) and Cheryl Sturgis; grandchildren Joey, Jason, Charlie V, Sarah, Stephanie, Robert, Samantha, and Elizabeth; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Charlie’s legacy lives on in the lives of his family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories, lessons, and love he shared with them.
