Charles Bradshaw Moore June 24, 1926 – February 10, 2016

Charles Bradshaw Moore passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 10, 2016 surrounded by his beloved wife of 67 years and his children and grandchildren.

Charles was born on June 24, 1926 in Crisfield MD to Sarah (Bradshaw) Moore and Thomas H. Moore. He served his country during WWII with the United States Navy. He enjoyed a long career as a comptroller with Continental Can Co. living in Baltimore, MD, Marietta, GA, Fairfield, CT and Tampa, FL.

Charles was preceded in death by his mother and father, sisters, Mabel Scott, Mary Crockett and brother Garland Moore, all of Baltimore, MD. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Joelene (Melbourne) Moore of Marietta, GA, his daughter Beverly Susan (Harry) Erhart of Newport Richey, FL, son, Peter Allen (Debbie) Moore of Lutz, FL and son Brian Charles (Phoebe) Moore of Woodstock, GA. His beloved grandchildren include Stephen (Sheri) Moore of Tampa, FL, Matthew Moore of Tampa, FL, Eric (Alicia) Moore of Tampa, FL, Christopher (Christine) Moore of Dallas, GA, Aaron Moore, Nicholas Anthony, and Brianna Moore all of Woodstock, GA and 6 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Woodstock Funeral Home Chapel. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at 12:30 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
