Denise Abbott, age 55, of Woodstock, GA passed away July 30, 2015 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband, Grant Abbott and son Cody Abbott. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Marietta. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 4, 2015 from 6 until 8 pm at the funeral home.
