My heartfelt condolences to you all and your families. I have so many wonderful memories of Howard while growing up it’s difficult to choose - playing the guitar with my mom, his Aunt Hazel, to talking about history, plants/trees and you name it.  I had always looked up to him and his calm demeanor and love for everyone are just a few of the things about him we all strive to achieve. He’ll always be missed, remembered and loved.
