Jessica Rivera-Outlaw

Jessica enjoyed going to the beach with her family as much as possible and going to Disney World every chance she got. She loved being outdoors and keeping her flower gardens as beautiful as she was. Jessica’s whole world was her children. She always went over the top to make sure their every holiday was as magical as anyone could make them. Whether it was making sure the Easter Bunny hid at least 150 stuffed eggs or laying out 75 tombstones for Halloween or making elaborate birthday cakes, she always made everything incredibly special and memorable. Jessica first met Cary in 1993 in Winter Haven, FL, and they were married in Puerto Rico, in 1997, moving to Georgia in 2002. They have three beautiful children together - Briana, Brysen, and Sofia.

She was preceded in death by her cat of 16 years, Whiskers.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Cary Outlaw; daughter, Briana Outlaw (21); son, Brysen Outlaw (10); and daughter, Sofia Outlaw (7); mother, Maria Murphy-Rivera; father, Jaime Rivera; brother, James Rivera; sister, Maribel Rivera; sister, Veronica Rivera; brother, David Rivera; and sister, Christina Strako.

The family of Jessica Rivera-Outlaw will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, January 8th, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Woodstock Funeral Home. A funeral service to honor the life of Jessica will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Jessica will then go to her final resting place at Cherokee Memorial Park.
