Lewis was born April 8, 1946 in Marietta, GA to the late Howard and Clara Randolph. Lewis is a graduate of Sprayberry High School. He also honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Lewis held strong to his faith in God and served as a deacon. When Lewis moved to the Colbert Square community he made many friends and became very active. He enjoyed music, dancing, karaoke and making his friends laugh with his numerous “dad jokes”. If Lewis could be described in one word, it would be kind. He was kind and generous to all he met and he will be truly missed by his family and many friends.
Left behind are his sons, Eric Randolph and Brian Randolph (fiancé Michelle Dilbeck); daughter, Lisa Jackson (husband Bruce); grandchildren, Dasha, Grant, Devan, Kailee, Ansley, Hannah, Annie, Julia and Wyatt; brother, Dave Randolph; and sister, Linda Picket.
There will be a viewing on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 6-8pm at Woodstock Funeral Home. Military honors will be rendered at 7:30pm. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in memory of Lewis to the Disabled American Veterans, www.dav.org.
