Louis Wilson Gordon

Louis was born to the late Woodrow Wilson Gordon and the late Irene Eubanks Gordon on April 29, 1939. Louis was a kind man who loved the Lord, his family and friends, and was happiest when he was serving others. His giving spirit and servant's heart made it easy to make lifelong friendships with him.

Louis was a retiree of Lockheed and Martin after 32 years and he enjoyed solving problems, fishing, watching UGA football, and delving into the latest technology.

Louis is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joan Collins Gordon and their two daughters; four children from his former marriage; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Woodstock Funeral Home, 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, GA 30188. Services will be held at 1:00 PM in the funeral home's chapel with a reception to follow. Louis will be laid to rest at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park, 1861 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064.
