Con Roy Moore Jr. was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 31, 1931 and died on January 16, 2022 at the age of 90 years old. He is preceded in death by his parents, Con and Mary Moore, and sister, Mary Kessler. He is survived by his wife, Lorena Fay; sons, Steven Moore of Aurora, Colorado, Bruce Moore of Sequim, Washington, Tom Moore of Columbus, Ohio; and daughter Lisa Fitzpatrick of Grove City, Ohio, and numerous loving grandchildren.
Con served in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. Following his service in the Army, Con worked for Nationwide Insurance as an Underwriter throughout his life. He loved his job so much that he would often work over the weekend just to make sure he was up to date on all of clients.
His passion was the game of golf. His most prized possession was when he was able to have a Hole-In-One at the Minerva Park Golf Course.
