

She was born November 21, 1940, in Newark, OH to the late Albert Jene Beal Freniere, and Marjorie Ruth Norman.
Donna loved to read, watch movies, loved horses, collecting nick knacks, and antiques. She loved her dog, Lilli, and cat, Skye.
Donna was a graduate of Thornville High School and took some college courses. She worked at the State of Ohio for 35 years. Her greatest joy was being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her loving parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Anthony “Tony” Joseph Dibari; her sister, Carol Jane “Janie” Pike.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Constance Allen, her three sons, Mark Neilson (Kira), John Dibari, and Christopher Dibari (Brittany), and daughter, Lisa Demuth; grandsons, Philip Welch, David and Jacob Demuth, Sean Walther, and granddaughters, Elliana Dibari, and Erin Walther; her adored great-grandchild, Giovanni Nash Welch.
Donna will be deeply missed but her legacy of love and family will live in our hearts forever.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at Schoedinger Worthington, located at 6699 N High Street, Worthington, OH 43085, United States. The service is scheduled for October 29, 2025, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
