Ronald Jarrell passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the age of 87. He was born on October 13, 1937, in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Elman and Margaret Jarrell. He is survived by his loving sons: Steve (Kay) Jarrell and Dan Jarrell; daughter-in-law Rose Jarrell; many grandchildren and their families; siblings: Lawrence (Bonnie) Jarrell, Sharon Jarrell, and Linda Jarrell; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife Eliza Jarrell; siblings, Mary Dean (Abe), Charlene (Ellis), Vernon (Rita), Juanita (Ronny), Ray and sons Michael and David Jarrell.
Ronald was an active member of Creekside Christian Church (formerly North Park Church of Christ) and retired from W.W. Williams after over 30 years of dedicated service. He was an avid car enthusiast and loved to ride his Harley Davidson at every opportunity. One of his favorite joys in life was travelling with his late wife Eliza. He was a great father and a good soul.
Services will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Creekside Christian Church, 4938 Westerville Road, Columbus 43231, with visitation from 11:30am to 12:30pm and a Funeral Service at 12:30 pm followed by interment at Green Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Creekside Christian Church.
