Benjamin “Ben” Joseph Garza

Benjamin Joseph Garza, 36, of Harrah, WA passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Benjamin Joseph Garza was born on December 2, 1981 to Frank and Ann Garza. He grew up in the lower valley and graduated from White Swan High School in 2000. In the winter of 1999 Ben survived a horrific car accident that left him with a severely broken neck. He never gave up and even loved competing in three pirate plunder adventure races later in life. After school, Ben began a long and happy career for Labbee Inc. The place he spent many summers of his youth growing into the man we loved. The last couple of years he worked for the company A Special Cleaning Service, where so many new faces had the privilege of getting to know “Benson.” Ben was one of the most kind and generous people we have ever known. He was loyal to his friends to a fault, and if you ever became his friend you would always be in his heart. He loved to sing Karaoke and entertain anyone who would watch his show. Tell tales of his travels around the U.S. on his motorcycle. Show off his skills as a black belt in a “friendly” wrestling match, listening to anything Metallica, or just kick back with you telling jokes. His passing has come as a shock to everyone who knew him. He will be loved, missed, and remembered by his family and many friends. The sun will no longer shine as bright now that we have lost your light. Never above you, never below you, but always beside you. Ben is survived by his parents Ann and Frank Garza, his brother Abe (Jackie) Garza, his twin brother Dave (Violet) Garza, nephews Christopher, Johnathan, and William, along with many other family and friends.
