Carole June Adams; Born July 16th, 1939 in Unionville, Missouri. Carole was the youngest of five children, Beulah, Charles, Virginia and Clinton. She was preceded in death by sisters Beulah and Virginia, Carole passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of March 12th, 2022.
Carole enjoyed her membership with the Yakima Little Theater Group. She received the award for ‘Best Supporting Actress’ for the year of 1971-1972. In the early 1980’s she was baptized at the Church of the Nazarene, becoming a devout Christian. Carole was also a member of the Harrah Grace Brethren Church in Harrah WA. Carole and her husband Robert lived in Harrah for 17 years. She enjoyed her time working with Dr. Hardy as a medical receptionist. She was later employed at Harrah Elementary as a parapro. After retirement she loved to travel in their RV with her husband Robert and their two little dogs. By the end of their travels they had visited every state within the United States except two.
Carole is survived by her husband Robert Adams, her daughter Jodie Thompson, her son Bradley Doerr. She is also survived by her stepchildren Wendy Stover, Robert Adams Jr Kelly Yarwood, Karri Lapin, their spouses and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
We would like to thank the many caregivers from Homecare Services. Especially Marcia, Martha, Marissa, Catalina, and Linda, who were all very special to Carole. We also want to thank our Hospice team, Nurse Sarah Partch, Social Worker Belinda, Chaplain Jerry Brady. We also want to thank all the people at Cottage in the Meadow for their loving care.
