David was a fun-loving teenager who enjoyed spending time with his family on vacations. He liked travel, camping, fishing and skateboarding with family and friends. David was attending Eisenhower High School as a sophomore. He was known to be a good, loyal friend. He had aspirations of becoming an electrician.
He enjoyed playing jokes on his brothers and was also known to keep a very clean and organized room. His mom will always cherish the daily “I Love You Mom” he would tell her on his way out of the house.
David is survived by his parents Salvador and Lilia Martinez; his brothers Salvador Jr. and Armando Martinez; his grandfathers Gerardo Martinez and Francisco Araiza; Grandmother Rafaela Araiza and Step grandfather Jesus Marmolejo and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Hermelinda Martinez. All his family loved him very much and will miss him dearly. May God give him peaceful rest.
Celebration of life ceremony and visitation will be held at Langevin Funeral Home on Wednesday April 24, 2019 from 4-8 PM. Celebration of Life service also at Langevin EL Paraiso Funeral Home on Friday April 26, 2019 at 10:30 AM and Graveside Service at Calvary Cemetery. A reception after the burial will be held at Rainier Memorial Center in Terrace Heights.
