She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters, husband, Ernest J. Batten, 2 daughters, Joan Draxler and Judy Habermehl, and 1 grandson. She is survived by her daughter Janice Fox (Mel), her 2 sons, Ernest Batten Jr. (Bev) and Douglas Batten (Linda), brother Henry Young (Ferris), sister Margie Humphries, and several nephews, nieces, cousins, 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many friends.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
There will be a time of visitation from 4-8 pm, Monday, February 1, 2016, at Keith and Keith Funeral Home.
A funeral service is planned for 10 am, Tuesday, February 2, at the West Valley Missionary Church, 11107 Wide Hollow Rd., Yakima.
Burial will follow at West Hills Memorial Park.
