Mrs. Welch was born in Shambaugh, Iowa.
Survivors include seven children, Dennis Welch, Curtis Welch, Toni Welch, Lanny Welch, Renita Welch, Steve Welch and Barb Amidon.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the home of her son, Dennis. A potluck reception will follow. Arrangements are by Keith and Keith Funeral Home of Yakima.
