Georgina Faye Oyer

Georgina Faye Oyer 73,of Yakima WA, passed away on April 24, 2026.

The funeral service will be held at 1 pm on May 19, 2026 at Keith and Keith funeral home. Visitation will be held at Keith and Keith funeral home on May 18, 2026 from 3 pm to 7pm. Burial will be at Terrace Heights Memorial Park at 2pm May 19, 2026.

Georgina was born in La Janta Colorado on December 28 ,1952 to Gilbert and Georgia Johnson.

Georgina was married to Jack Oyer on April 6 ,1972 they were married for 54 wonderful years full of love.

Georgina was a laundress for many years. She enjoyed putting puzzles together with her granddaughters. She also enjoyed knitting whether it was blankets , scarfs, hats or other little things. She enjoyed baking cookies ,candies , and pies around the holidays with her daughter and grandchildren, making it tradition that will continue for generations to come.

Georgina was survived by her husband Jack their daughter Carol (Danny Dake Sr), her five grandchildren Christina(Westley), Jack, Dorothy (J.J) Danny Dake JR ,Edna (Daris) as well as her siblings Andrea , James, and Charles. She also has many other friends and family.

Georgina is preceded in death by her parents Gilbert Johnson and Georgia Johnson as well as her brother Lonnie (Earl) Johnson.

She will be truly missed by her family, but will live in our hearts forever. Flowers and Donations can be sent to her husband Jack Oyer.
