

Jerry Lee Blevins was born in Naches, WA. Jerry died June 23, 2015 peacefully at home with his wife Marcia of 30 years and family around him after a very long and difficult fight with cancer. He was 82 years old.
He grew up in Naches and graduated from Naches High School. While in school Jerry played ALL STAR Baseball and Basketball. In his sophomore year he was nominated ALL STAR 2ND TEAM STATE for BASKETBALL. He sprained his ankle in the third quarter and still made 2nd TEAM ALL STATE in spite of a sprained ankle.
He went on to Yakima Valley Community College 1 yr. and played Basketball for YVC. He played against the Globetrotters in College at YVC and in Independent Basketball.
He began as an Electrician in his early years. Then went on to be an Orchardist, grew and packed his own fruit.
Later in years he owned and partially developed three mobile home parks over the years; one in Arizona, later Yakima and Union Gap, WA. He could do anything and everything and was a very talented and skilled man.
He played tennis, well, golf, loved working in his yard, and enjoyed traveling through the years, to destinations including, Mexico, Hawaii, Spain, Italy, his favorite place was Indian Wells, CA in the winter.
He was an avid Car Guy and preferred Exotic and fast cars and had several over the years.
He enjoyed getting together with good friends and loved his 2 cats and one new puppy.
His father James Claude Blevins, mother Agnes Schoonover Blevins and brother Roger Blevins preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia Blevins; son, Guy Blevins/ wife Susan of Richland WA; daughter, Lori Blevins Dulek /husband Jerry of Camarillo, CA; son, Scott Blevins/wife Lydia of San Jose, CA. and son, Brent Blevins of Spokane, WA;
son, Richard Smith wife Jamie of Yakima WA and son, Mark Smith wife Greta of Yakima WA. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, and sister, Cicely Walker and 3 nieces.

He was LOVED and will be sorely missed by all.
The family would like to thank the VNA Hospice in CA, and the Memorial Home Care Hospice and all the wonderful nurses.
In Lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society, or Memorial Home Care Hospice would be suggested.
Visitation will be 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2015 at Keith & Keith Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service is also at Keith and Keith Funeral Home at 10:00 am on Tuesday June 30th with burial following at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
