Lester "Romie" Wright, 75, passed away at his residence with his family by his side on Thursday, August 23, 2012. He was born on March 5, 1937 in Lake Andes, South Dakota to Lester L. Wright and Sylvia M. Davis.
Lester was in the Wondering Wheels (motorcycle club). He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, car racing and spending time with his family. He was a member of the East Valley Reformed Church.
Survivors include: wife, Joyce Wright of Yakima; daughter, Sally (Rod) Williamson of Wapato; son, Lee (Diane) Wright of Puyallup; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill (Beth) Wright of Yakima, Doug (Linda) Wright of Yakima, Marvin (Marlys) Wright of Federal Way; sister, Marilyn (Ed) Gonsoroski of Ellensburg. Lester was preceded in death by parents Lester & Sylvia and brother Bob.
Services: Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012 and 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 27th at Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel.
