Mr. Cummings was born in Toppenish and worked as an insurance agent for Federal Crop Insurance.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Cummings of Yakima; two sons, Charles Cummings of Yakima and John Cummings of Renton; a daughter, Tressa Cummings of Yakima and one grandson.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. A funreal will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the chapel followed by a concluding service with full military honors in West Hills Memorial Park.
