Patricia J Gibbs

Our mother and matriarch Pat Gibbs went home to be with her sweet Jesus on Oct. 30, 2012. Pat was born August 26, 1933 in Seattle, WA. Pat lived at many places over the course of her life but Selah was where she called home. Pat had the greenest thumb and loved to read to escape to places she longed for. There was not a yard sale she would ever turn down. She gave her life to her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Lorraine, son’s Michael and Gregory and special grandsons Jeremy and Jacob.

Pat is survived by her sons, Bruce Dobbs (Carol), Brian Gibbs (Leah), and Steve Gibbs (Linda); daughters, Cathy Whitehead (Mike) and Mikki Hendrickson; grandchildren; Valerie, Shelly, Bruce, Chris, Dustin, Shawn, Amber, Megan, Lindsi, Keyle, Steven, Aaron, and Payton; and many loved great grandchildren.

Lord help me to prepare for the journey I must take, to leave those who I love and dread to forsake, let them feel the love that I leave behind, part of me each one, through the whisper of time. 2/20/98 P. Gibbs
