I had my small hair salon just down the sidewalk from her cafe.   
I remember one day going to get a bowl of her great potato soup.
I was exhausted from working long hours and with only taking Sundays off.
Vickie was always working and always had a smile on her face, I asked her how does she do it day after day and year after year.   She explained that we all had to do something everyday anyway so why not. 
That it was all in our minds if we felt like we were working then we were if we looked at it like we were filling our day with something we enjoyed than we would never be working. 
I changed my mindset that very day.  
I think her to this day for my career success. 
She is so loved by many people.  

I will always remember her and her cafe many of my family had coffee, good times, smiles, and fond memories. You  are a tresure,and loved by all. God keep you in His care always.

Vickie was family to all of us who were fortunate to have known her.  She loved us and we loved her.  Vickie was one who cared for her family and the community.   We remember daily coffee time and lunch time at Vickie's.  She laughed with us and she cried with us.  She was a lifeline in times
 of trouble.  Vickie will be missed.  No one can replace her.  We know God welcomed her home and said, "well done good and faithful servant."  

Victoria "Vickie" Ennis is what you call a "staple" of this quant small town in Washington state known as Tieton.  Growing up in Tieton my grandmother Vivian Schenk would go into town each afternoon and would have coffee with her lady friends at a small Cafe owned and operated by Vickie Ennis known as Vickie's Cafe, Vickie was always behind the counter taking and cooking orders and always took the time to welcome each and every person that walked into her Cafe, she was the nicest person in Tieton and will always hold a special memory of what Tieton was all about, Hospitality and Friendliness, God Bless you Vickie, your always in our hearts and in the history of the great little town of Tieton, Washington, Rest in Peace.

She is survived by her son, Scott Ennis and wife, Betty; two granddaughters, Angie Ennis and Melissa Van Atta and husband, Matt; and a great grandson, Scott Covey.
