Born on June 7, 1917 to Lawrence and Philomena Sansone in Yonkers. Mr. Sansone worked as a clerk for Phelps Dodge Company in Yonkers until his retirement. He was a semi-pro baseball player with two teams in Yonkers and then became an avid golfer. He was predeceased by his wife Mary (Bartelucci) Sansone and his daughter Diane Mihnovets and his sister Ann D’Ambrosio. Daniel is survived by his daughter Camille (Corky) Fisher and his son Robert W. Sansone. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Richard, Jason, Danielle and Sophia and great-grandchildren; Brayden, Kaysie and Nicole and his brother Lawrence Sansone. Graveside services will be held at Rose Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, Putnam, N.Y. on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Immediate family only. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Charity of your choice.
