Eugene M. Buck, 84, of New Rochelle, New York, passed away on April 18, 2026. Born February 14, 1942, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Eugene Buck and Sally Hutchenson. Throughout his life, Eugene carried himself with a quiet thoughtfulness and a gentle steadiness that brought comfort to those around him.
A man of dedication and purpose, Eugene was trained and worked as a mechanic on copy machines, a role that suited his patient, hard-working nature and the care he took in doing things properly, day after day.
Eugene was devoted to his family. He was married to Patricia D. Buck, who predeceased him, and their bond remained an enduring part of his story and the life he built.
A graveside service will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery, 50 Jackson Ave, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY 10706, on April 24, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm.
