Melissa A. Clemente

Melissa Clemente has sadly passed away at the age of 40 after a long battle with illness on 1/19/23. Melissa was born to parents Juventino and Vicki Clemente. She grew up in Yonkers and graduated from Stony Brook University with a degree in nursing. Melissa loved being a nurse and worked in oncology. She was caring and devoted to her patients. She was a cancer survivor herself and truly found her calling in nursing. She spread happiness and cheer wherever she went. She passed away surrounded by loved ones and is survived by her parents Vicki and Juventino Clemente, her sister June Clemente, brothers Angelo Pagan, Joseph Clemente, Francisco Clemente, Thomas Clemente and the love of her life Jason Shutka. Visiting hours for Melissa will be on Friday 1/27/23 from 4pm-8pm and on Saturday 1/28/23 from 11am-12pm at Whalen & Ball funeral home located on 168 Park Ave in Yonkers. Funeral service will take place on Friday January 27th at 7pm. Final disposition will be private.
