Deborah Lynn Haynes (Debbie Nelson), 59, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 7, 2021. Debbie was born February 21, 1962, in Davenport, IA. She graduated from Moline High School in 1980. She graduated from Blackhawk college in 1983 with Associate degree in Financing. Debbie had previously resided in Moline, IL, Phoenix, AZ, and then Colona, IL. She had recently relocated again to Phoenix in October 2019.,
Debbie was previously employed in banking and collections, and most recently had worked as an LPN, providing in-home healthcare to elderly clients.
She married Robert Haynes December 12, 1997 in Davenport, IA.
She is survived by her parents, Barbara and Neil Ells (Buckeye, AZ), brother Mike Nelson (Buckeye, AZ), sister Kathy (Jeff) Myers (Colona, IL), nephew Jeffrey Myers (Moline, IL), Tim and Sarah Ells (Davenport, IA), Blake (Josh) Tack, Marissa Ells (Alex Mackenburg), ex-husband Robert Haynes, and her beloved pug Halley.
Memorials in her memory may be given to the charity of your choice. Services for Debbie will be held at a later date in Davenport, IA.
